How do I unlock the second region, Emberdeep?
Defeat the Ashen Warden in Ashfall Vale and pick up the Region Gate Key it drops, then use the key on the sealed east gate. The Warden itself requires the Warden's Sigil, a free reward from the Ash Watchtower quest chain — see the region progression guide for the full route.
How many bosses are in Ember Quest?
Two at launch: the Ashen Warden (Region 1, easy) and the Magma Tyrant (Region 2, hard). The roadmap confirms a third boss arriving with the Frost Hollow update. Each boss page covers the summon item, mechanics and a step-by-step strategy.
What is the best armor in the game?
Emberforged Plate is the endgame set — it grants lava floor immunity, which the Magma Tyrant arena requires. But buy Ashfall Leathers first: the Plate's ore routes assume you already wear Leathers, and skipping them costs more in potions than the set saves.
How do I summon a boss?
Each boss has a specific summon item placed at a specific location: the Warden's Sigil (free quest reward) opens the Ash Watchtower door, and the Molten Crown (forged from three Tyrant Shards) goes on the throne platform. Regular store items never summon bosses.
